Working at We-Building was a great experience. The atmosphere was open and friendly, and the team was always supportive. I liked how everyone truly cares about their work and the impact it makes.

I first joined We-Building as a volunteer, but I enjoyed the work environment so much that I decided to stay involved. The team is small but very supportive and friendly, which makes it easy to feel part of something meaningful. 10/10 🙂

I evaluate my overall experience during the internship at We-Building very positively. I especially appreciated the diversity of my tasks, the trust that was placed in me, and the open and welcoming atmosphere within the team. I had the opportunity to contribute my own ideas, take initiative, and was encouraged to take on responsibility. Working in a small, international team with flat hierarchies allowed me to gain valuable insight into collaborative and self-organized work processes.

My overall experience with We-Building has been very positive and rewarding. I had the opportunity to contribute my marketing and business experience to a purpose-driven organization, working on marketing initiatives and communications. What I particularly valued was the chance to collaborate with a passionate international team and see how our work could translate into tangible impact.

Wonderful! The team was a dream to work with: hard working, team-oriented and flexible. It was also clear that everyone participated and their opinion was valued. The work itself was rewarding and multidisciplinary. It was great to work on projects that I truly believe have value and bring important perspectives to the workshop participants (and other stakeholders). There is a sense that you matter not only for your role in the team— your wellbeing is important, too.

Working with We-Building was a rewarding experience. I really appreciated the opportunity to contribute to the e-platform project and support an organization doing meaningful work. It felt good to know that my skills could be useful, and I enjoyed getting to know the team and learning more about their mission: I’m grateful to have been part of the experience.

I had a lovely experience volunteering at We-Building. I found myself working with a great team of very knowledgeable and welcoming people. I enjoyed every minute spent in the office and I regret not having heard from We-Building before.
